As a gas engineer who has been installing Worcester Bosch products in his own house and customers houses for many years. I can not fault the service, products or back up I receive. Worcester Bosch boilers and service is second to none and will continue to work with Worcester throughout my career.

We've been using Worcester Bosch engineers to service our Worcester boiler for the past 6 years, once our guarantee had expired. In that time, the boiler itself has continued to work perfectly and the annual service & repair contract has been worth every penny. On the couple of occasions we've needed a repair, an engineer has arrived within days. The annual service is carried out by knowledgable, friendly and polite engineers. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and their products.

23 years ago we had a Worcester Bosch 28 CDI condensing gas boiler installed in our home. It gave outstanding service for 22 years, only needing repair on one occasion.
In late 2021 we decided to replace it, purely because of its age. Naturally we again chose Worcester Bosch.
In October 2021British Gas fitted a Green Star 30Kw 4000 GR4700/WC condensing boiler.
After a year of living with this boiler we are stunned at the performance and in particular the quietness of it.
It just cannot be heard unless you are right up against it.
This demonstrates how Worcester Bosch have developed their products over the past couple of decades to embrace new technologies to produce a very efficient and impressive product that runs silently (almost).
