I purchased a copy of a set of Naval Rules - General Quarters 3 fleet action imminent.

The rules arrived but without a turn counters - a crucial part of the rules.

After contacting the seller to advise of this I was told he would sort it. I never heard anything else.

He was quick enough to take my £30 for the rules though. Crap, Crap and never again.

Now I want to use the rules I will have to buy the turn counter from the USA which is going to cost me £25.

I would not recommend this seller, nor will I use ever again.

What an absolute gem. Found this place as they were the sole UK distributor of an American manufacturer for Old West models. Put in an order, but a lot of the parts were needing to be ordered, which would have caused significant delays. I emailed their customer service team, and they sourced the parts via alternative methods, and the order shipped the very same day. Bearing in mind, the order was placed mid-afternoon. Impressive and will get my custom in the future!

Simply awful experience. My order took over 3 months, with zero communication, and when I rang about it after two months they were quite rude.

Worst company I've ever had to deal with online and on amazon. 8 orders and only one that didn't have a problem. When contacted were rude or tried to make a joke about and laugh it off. Secondly they have now accused me of trying to rip them off for £100 on a second hand game that cost £50 new and I'm trying to screw them? Speaks for its self 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I love this place they go out of their way to make sure your purchase is intact, securely packaged and still manage to keep it cost effective. Friendly when contacted and a brill little company with a massive range. Top!!

The amount of fascinating items they carry, both new and used, is simply extraordinary! The prices are usually very competitive. The website is a trifle archaic, but it is usable.

I've given them a lot of money over the years, and they will continue to see my business into the future!
