The coffee shop is a great place to meet friends and have a drink and a slice of cake or just read and use your lap top nice friendly atmosphere and great staff.

So many books, such an amazing place to hang out for hours. Cafe on 1st floor has wide selection of items. Books are constantly on sale so you can read the newness right away. 3 stories. Elevator and an escalator to go up to 1st floor. Make sure you get a waterstones card for added discounts!

It's a big bookshop..what's not to like. Staff friendly and willing to answer questions, well set out. Pity escalator only goes up!!! Coffee shop included and reading areas. Excellent experience....and it's in the High Street!. We need more good shops on the high street.

Bookshop with loads of choice and great cafe but beware they don't support their click and collect prices instore 🤨 I didn't notice until I got home that a book they had as 'click and collect' at £16.99 was £20.00 which i paid.! ..Best to click and collect on your phone even if you're in the shop, to get the best price. Loved the cafe and experience but disappointed with the shady pricing.

I love bookshops anyway but it was full of other bookworms too and that's always lovely to see . Big remainder section too (a bit sad to see so much hard work going for a song). Cafe also. Everything to like.

Great Cafe,staff friendly and most helpful, food quality is very good and great coffee selection, what’s more they allow your dog inside, and provide water foryourdog as well.

So lovely to have tea and cake in this fabulous cafe within Waterstones, the staff are so friendly and helpful, happy all the time. The staff are great ambassador's for the company, this cafe is an asset for Lincoln
