Waterstones

Brilliant experience today, I went into Waterstones with my mom and grandma, we didn’t catch the man’s name but he was so kind and helpful. He ordered a book for my mom that she’s been looking for, for years and helped us all find lots of different books. Loads of good books for everyone here. Definitely recommend and will be visiting Waterstones again!

Lovely selection of books for all ages. Both fiction and non fiction. Lovely staff, very helpful.

Great place great books great people what more can you ask for and even a Nero coffee shop inside to read you book. What more could you ask for!!!

Shelves are well-laid out, they stock a great range of books, staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The place has a really nice relaxing ambience.

I suppose most of their prices can be beaten by Amazon or other online sellers, but it's easy to see why people like coming to a place like this.

I was upset when Borders closed, I could spend hours in there. It is a bit like that with Waterstones. They had classical music playing in the background and a coffee shop upstairs. What a wonderful experience, worth paying the extra for that rather than the sterile environment that is Amazon. They would have got five stars, but sadly the book I wanted wasn't in stock. However, I did order it, and the sales person was lovely.

A joy to wander amongst the books, breathe in comedy, drama, thrillers, cook and craft books. Then there is historical, romance, scifi , satire, kiddies young adults. So much choice to suit everyone all packed into one lovely accessable space. Staff helpful and friendly but not in your face. Just as we like it. Buy a book make some one happy
