Kenilworth Books Ltd

Ordered some stuff and when I phoned up with a few queries I was responded to very rudely and then hung up on. I give 3 stars because I've spoken to different staff members and 3 have been really polite and helpful but this 1 member, honestly, gave me the worst service I've ever received from any shop.

Just been to see Judy in the shop today,
She was fantastic and gave me a refund and there was a misunderstanding which she has now put in place a process so this does not happen again,

Wonderful shop with helpful people. Lots of interesting events bracing the local community. Always something new to discover.

We usually try to get to this shop whenever ee're in Kenilworth. There's a good balanced stock, really pleasant people and excellent service.

Great little bookshop - lovely service.

Beautiful little shop with the most amazing and friendly staff. They always manage to order in the weird and wonderful books I ask for in such a short amount of time. I'm always guaranteed to find something I like and they tend to have a wide range, not the usual populars which I really like. I have been going for about 6 years now and would not go anywhere else. A must visit and the window displays never fail to stun!

Lovely shop. Quite small but packed out with good quality stock - books, cards, notebooks, gifts..... Friendly and helpful staff. We live 100 miles away but always like to visit the shop when staying with our son's family in Kenilworth.
