Waterstones

This library has a wide and diverse selection of books to discover with adult books and a huge selection just for kids books. It has two floors the first is all adult books and has a couple of kids books, next to that by the checkout there are some toys such as a space torch. On the second floor it contains all kids books and a Costa, followed by a few more adult books.

Great experience at Waterstones. Ordered a book, within less than a week, I received an email to collect my book. It was seamless customer service, got there; book was ready. Paid for it. Done.

Great bookshop, only loses one star because the prices are always higher than other online retailers. If I have that little bit extra in my pocket, I would buy from here anyway, but with the way the world is going, that money is running out fast. Please lower the prices if you can.

It's a small store so didn't have quite what we wanted. I was a bit peeved that I was charged 25p for a paper bag. I understand the reason behind charging for plastic but 25p for paper so I can advertise their shop, is a bit steep.

The two books that I went in to buy were not in stock. However I did get my book signed by Mark Noble thanks to someone in the queue. The event was advertised on Google but it failed to mention that signings needed to be pre-,booked

Visited Waterstone for a book signing.
The staff were very lovely, and supportive.
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mark and Rox. LADBABY AND LADYBABYMUM.

They are genuinely lovely people and gave everyone the time of day to listen to each and every person.

They do so much for charity.

The staff at waterstonrs were great towards anyone that struggled to stand anyone with a disability, the would give priority and take them to a separate line.
We had a few people that we flagged up to get them in the comfortable line. They needed support.

We also go to meet Greg and Gloria the sausage rolls. Mascots for the new Children's book.

Well done to Waterstones for creating a safe and enjoyable day for a book signing.

Wanted to pick up a couple of books both books were listed as in stock however when I arrived only one was available. Staff were helpful trying to locate the books.

Decent book shop with helpful staff, had a great range of books too.
