The shutter has been broken since January 2019. It looks like this now for over 3 months. Clearly they don't care....April 2019 update: shutter now fixed. Upgrading from 1 to 2 stars.

Ordered to collect for convenience despite being slightly more expensive than amazon as it said I could reserve in store and collect within 2 hours, perfect for the commute home. Turns out they didnt have them in store when I arrived but said they could have them in tomorrow, I thought ok, still will be quicker having not already ordered on amazon and the staff were very nice. However, today they have again failed to have the books. Not a fan of false promises to get custom, just be honest with customers on what is available and when. I've now given in and ordered from amazon instead as luckily you don't have to pay at Waterstones until collection. Poor service, premium price, order from amazon instead.

Very nice staff. Got me to join loyalty. Bought 4 books. Recommended titles for my child. But the Morpurgo book we wanted wasnt in stock.

Excellent book shop! My daughter and i always pop in when we cisit wandsworth. Its always very neat and staff will help with every request. I can not fault it as book shop apart from the fact never seems to be a book i want on the buy one get one half price.

Since lockdown I read a lot, so they are my go to place for books, staff are very helpful and we place an order for the books not in stock, and will be in stock in a few days, they text me when they have them

Always get followed around or asked if I need anything in this branch of Waterstones which I find offensive, oppressive and utterly discriminatory. May need to email the CEO. I won't be popping in again in a hurry that's for sure.

Great shop for booklovers and the staff is lovely, however options are a little more limited since it got downsized. The sections don't offer as much options, and there are limited choices in genres as well.

The people here are really nice and very knowledgeable. I’m not a massive fan of the shopping centre, but this is a highlight. Recommended.
