Waterstones

Really lovely book store with a good book selection. They may be slightly understaffed as they don't usually have staff on the floor.

It's not like it used to be. Many famous names not there, only one of many titles so if it's bought nothing left. Better but on line from Amazon.

Always a pleasure to visit Waterstones in Richmond. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, especially for sourcing fiction books on a busy Saturday. Great selection and variety of book subjects, though sadly the Architecture section is diminishing. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Rude staff working on the first floor of the richmond store. Unhelpful and did not attend to the till, then proceeded to tell me that it can done on the ground floor and that I don't need to stand there for an hour in a very rude condescending tone.

This is a great bookshop. Three floors of books and various other gifts. Love to browse around in here and buy a book for myself or as a present.

Amazing book store, very nice and friendly people

Lovely staff who are always kind and very eager to help you out. Would be nice if the popular science section was a little bigger, but except for that, the store is always tidy and has a warm atmosphere.

This is one of my favourite book shop chains, and I have always loved the Richmond branch.
The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.
