Very bad customer service from the moment you walk in, as soon as i entered with kids they stare and watch you like you are going to steal something, miserable faces not even a smile or hello, was looking items and my nephew picked up a toy and was immediately scoulded by the worker saying “don't touch that” what kind of customer service is that how can you expect people to purchase if you are 1) miserable and unfriendly 2) watching and following people around 3) cant even pick up or look and touch items. When asked why he cant touch or why they are being like that they had no answer and just mumbled to each other in their own language, the man at the till either manager or owner didn’t even acknowledge what the other worker did and just started chatting on the phone and didn’t even care customers were upset.

Avoid this shop i rather spend double the amount and shop else where.

Love the customer service very friendly and supportive, really good shop.
Decent prices and many variety of islamic products available such as Quran, Islamic books, prayer mats, perfumes, hijabs, abayas, thobes, honey, black seed oil, dates and traditional herbs such as kafoor and many more.

Have been here quite a times. Its a one stop shop for all islamic essentials. Very polite and helping staff. I've always found what I looked here for, and if unavailable at that moment, they always make sure to arrange it. Excellent stuff for children as well.

Amazing Shop MashaAllah! Lovely range of Abayas and perfumes. Customer service was lovely and everyone was very helpful. Went into the shop thinking I’d buy something for myself walked out with gifts for all the family! Thank you very much for your service!

I bought two abayas which would have been my size, but upon trying on at home, they fitted too tight from the top. I went back two days later to return for a refund as I have the receipt. I was told I can only exchange it for something else. Problem was, they had no other abayas in the colour and style I wanted and I did not want anything else that was too shiny or over the top. I also did not need or want anything else to the value of £70 which is what I had spent. I was asked to call the manager who after repeated phone calls has not called me back or replied to messages. I am not earning lots and definitely do not have money to waste and I am stuck with two abayas that I will never wear. For an Islamic shop, this is not good practice or Islamic at all.

Excellent customer service, the brother at the front helped me pick out two beautiful fitting thobes. He was very patient. Very reasonable pricing.

I went to this store I couple of times now and the customer service is top notch. The staff went out their way to resolve an issue I had, and as a result I left as a valued customer. The manager I believe was also very helpful and kindly recommended me a book. Will definitely be dropping by if Im in the area. I highly recommend this store esp. for their good range of Islamic books by Muslim Authors. Which is what I come in for but they sell a variety of things for the muslim, so help yourselves. Thank you to all the staff.
