It's huge book store located in 2nd floor of bentall center. Different ranges of books are available here. Happy to see thousands of books at a place specially in this digital age.

Holding and seeing numbers of books at a place give some kind of pleasure 😉.
This place also has a caffe attached to it, perfect combination of book and coffee.. happy reading.

Great book store in Kingston. Has a large variety of books. And also if you are a Pokemon, I would advise going there tons of different types and huge amount of stock.

I love reading books so this book store feels awesome! It’s spacious and huge compared to some other branches in West London. Good offers on at the moment. It’s inside Bentall’s shopping centre on the fourth floor. They have good range of stationary too. There is a cafe but I did not go there. May be next time.

I love the gift section in this store, it's huge. It almost feels as though the books are secondary though and what happened to the bestsellers wall, ranking paperbacks and hardbacks? When you had that you knew what books were new in and popular.

Very large selection of books and there is something for everyone. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful with the queries. Unfortunately the coffee shop is closed now. The store has an entire section dedicated for Manga collection.

Love this place! It has books, manga, toys, games and the best gifts for anyone! It also has a café if you want a cup of tea or coffee to read with your book. Amazing shop with great service!

My daughter loves this book shop and would spend all day in it. Fantastic selection of books from all categories and helpful staff to guide you through. Only drawback is they have removed some reading chairs possibly to encourage you to sit in their coffee shop.

This review is mainly for the cafe.
This review is based on a 2022 December visit.

This Book shop was expansive and seems customer and reading oriented which is refreshing. There are a ton of games for children and adults. I just briefly browsed as I was looking for fountain pens. I didn't find any. This is a book shop not a pen shop.

I spent about an hour in the Cafe. It was a pleasant experience. Even though it was really busy, there was still ample seating. Some of the seats along the outer edge of the cafe have outlets for powering up your devices. Your best option will be wherever there is a bench seat and the big baseboards. Remember these outlets need to be switched on and you will need a UK adapter if you are a visitor. Most electronics have a working voltage range from 110-240, so the transformer bit isn't necessary.

I did have to move some items off the table, courtesy of the last customer.I'm broken about penalizing the cafe for this one. I did see the staff actively clearing table space, but the shop was also busy.

Waterstones would not take my cash. So be prepared.I had to use a payment card.

I would definitely go back to this spot again and most likely will within the next few days.

One star removed because I feel like if any place should be okay with cash, it's a coffee shop.
