Excellent book shop, but how is anyone with a physical disability expected to get from ground floor to first floor?

Excellent selection of books to enjoy, and if you don't find what yoir looking for you can order them in to collect!

A bit disappointed couldn't find the writer I like, I can find him online, but would be nice to look in bookshops too

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in to see if Waterstones stocked any Choose Your Own Adventure books and the young staff member knew immediately what I was talking about (even thought they only stock one title). She managed to find it for me within a short time. Impressive service.

Great bookshop with helpful staff

Unfortunately doesn't have a café like some other Waterstones' but there's plenty of coffee shops nearby so the location is a plus. Can be a bit pricey but it's nice to go into an actual bookshop and browse, the staff are very friendly and keen to talk about books and give recommendations - definitely the biggest benefit over buying books online. Brilliant selection of books, jigsaws and other things to healthily occupy your time, absolutely worth a visit.

Great variety of books here, staff are great. I didn't get her name but she recommended me a great vegan cooking book which was so good, I brought another edition from the same cooks. Thankyou!
