Book was cheap and in excellent condition. Quick delivery too. I don't see the need to buy new books if they can be bought 2nd hand.

Bought 2 books at the same time via Amazon. One arrived. The other didn't. Not so green sending them out separately.

What exactly does this mean?

I would give 0 stars if I could, book didn't arrive for over a week, eBay listing said used good condition, the book was not in good condition on arrival and no damage mentioned in the description, an activity scratch art book with all the pages damaged and partially scratched off and even the card paper the book is made out of torn up, I can't give this to my kid. I paid a tenner for this book I don't think it should have even been sold again, but at least there was no dry food stuck to it.
Will never use this company again
ADVICE: Don't waste your money on this company, they lie even on well established website (eBay, Amazon etc..)

Had a book bought for me through Amazon. Listed as ex Library/good condition. If torn out pages, dog eared corners and smelling of mothballs is 'good condition' somebody needs their eyes tested!
I would be embarrassed to sell in this condition.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent customer service. My book was delayed being delivered - but this was due to Post Office strikes, not the fault of this company. Immediate, professional responses. Book in excellent condition. I'm really surprised at some of the reviews, as I consider this some of the best customer service I've had in a long time - it's getting rarer than hens' teeth! Would happily use & recommend Greener Books.

Lovely Planet travel guide was 17 years old, £10 for the privilege, probably worth £1. Why not put the age of the book on your listing, it’s very relevant with travel books. Book returned, a waste of my time and an unhappy customer
