Nice quiet place and good to look at books before you buy them on Amazon for a lot cheaper. Nice staff..

Vegan chocolate orange cake was utterly delicious. Wish I had paired it with tea instead of water :).

The sticky toffee ginger cake was very yummy and slightly reminiscent of a carrot cake because of the top layer frosting.

Finished it off with a bacon bap which was scrumptious toasted.

I had to wait quite a while to ask the sales assistant a question. I needed to be pointed in the right direction as to where a book I saw in the window was. She was alone and was dealing with a customer who required assistant to order items that the shop assistant could not find on the system. There weren't any other staff members to help! I found the book myself it was behind a post. There were lots in stock.

Love going to the cafe at Waterstones. Hilary and the rest of the staff are friendly and always provides great customer service(even when it’s busy).

I will go out of my way to stop in and have a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is my favourite in the area as i is not overly sweet( if you prefer sweeter I recommend getting it with the toasted marshmallow). This last time I paired it with their new sticky toffee ginger cake. This was delicious with a light ginger flavour and cream cheese frosting. Perfect for an afternoon treat.

This store is a well known book store.yes it has all the latest best sellers, and a lot of old favourites too.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.👍
Clean shop and easily assessable for most, problems may occure for the disabled?!!! Stairs.

The staff are 10/10, so willing to help you with if you’re looking for a book or have a nice conversation with! It is a lovely environment and the staff really make me feel welcome!

Nice branch of Waterstones with a good selection on offer. Good coffee shop upstairs. Friendly and helpful staff.

Was not particularly thrilled to notice no books by Black authors on showcase.
