Steyning Bookshop

A wonderful gem in our beautiful town. Brilliant and friendly staff and a great selection of books. I am a regular visitor and I firmly believe the bookshop is a real asset to Steyning. If you have not visited recently, I encourage you to do so.

I ordered some signed Julia Donaldson books last Christmas and Steyning bookshop contacted me to say that one of the personalised books got smudged but was the last in stock and offered to refund (and still kindly send as they knew that it was a present). The book that arrived was perfectly dedicated and unsmudged so they managed to source another book just for the little ones Christmas.

I have ordered several times and never disappointed with the books, service or packaging.

Independent bookshops are wonderful. Steyning bookshop is a little bit more special!

I love this place so much!
The staff are wonderfully helpful, sourcing unusual books and often for next day delivery. They are full of helpful advice and very knowledgeable.
The cards and wrapping papers are also a joy.
We are so lucky to have this shop nearby.

I attended today with my 6 year old daughter for Julia Donaldson's book signing. This is such a beautiful bookshop with very friendly, approachable and kind staff. The bookshop is very neatly laid out and the staff are so hospitable, I'll definitely be returning again :)
