My favourite little bookshop in the city!! Great for browsing - the staff leave you alone to take your time but are there to help if you have a question. The people who run the shop have all been there for years which is such a rarity in the middle of London!

The real strength in my opinion is the inspiring range of fiction - from recent to classic literature. I'm more of a non-fiction reader myself though so I go there to order in the non-fiction books that I know I want (they often arrive the next day) and then inevitably leave with a fiction book to delve into! I have discovered some amazing literature on the shelves of the Riverside Bookshop. There is a beautiful selection of cards too.

Great bookshop with a large range of stock, impressive considering how small the place looks. Staff leave you to browse, none of that false helpfulness that is the norm. But, if you need help or recommendations, they're quick to help you. One of the gems within an increasingly uniform area.

Been going here for years, each time I'm in town. Have a great and varied selection of books. Located in the lovely hays galleria near London bridge and a short walk from the station. Look forward to going back again soon.

Very good bookshop. For it's relatively small size I find they have a very good selection of fiction and also the best selection of quality cards in the area.

Lovely book shop with great selection of books. The blond long hair staff was really friendly, big smile and welcoming. Whereas the bob hair staff wasn’t so much. Maybe she just wasn’t in a good mood.

My favourite Bookshop. It's currently in its third location around Hays Galleria and it's slightly smaller than the days when it was inside the covered shopping area, but that just shows that it's adapting to modern buying patterns. My favourite shelf is upstairs. I'll be returning soon.

Horrendous customer service. Shop staff (blond lady) seriously lacks warmth and friendliness, and manager (brunette) is rude and abrupt, cuts you off with a flow of word-diarrhea and then slams the door in your face (metaphorically) to end the conversation. No hello, no goodbye. Her parents must be well proud. If you want your morning ruined due to a lack of basic courtesy and manners, visit this place. Alternatively, go into the station and visit the small WHSmith bookstore, manager was way nicer.

This is a lovely little bookstore and you can tell it's looked after lovingly by the staff! It's a delight to visit each time, and despite its size it has a great collection of new books and classics, as well as some excellent cards and stationery. I can't wait to return!
