Myself and my daughter love this shop, all the staff are really friendly, Very rarely will I shop anywhere else for my books. Also the gentleman with the long hair is such a nice guy, my daughter loves her comic and graphic novels and he has chatted to her a few times about ones he likes too 😊 such a welcoming place

Busy place not far from A38. Book in with security they will direct you. Large yard with bays marked out. Good unloading covid aware. Facilities so so. Staff very helpful and safety oriented

Found it hard to locate 2 books we were after. Didn't have a specific section for what we needed. We asked the staff about the one book and they pointed it out to us so happy to get the one.

Lots of good books, only draw back stairs, no lift, yes you can buy online, but if you want to visit to look, really need lift

The experience of shopping for our Christmas books and gifts...which we found and are worth the price..the experience was spoilt by dirty and fluffy staircase and sticky hand rail..the shop unfortunately was simply not clean.

BRILLIANT. We were looking for a specific children's book and it was there. The person at the check-out was great, excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable & passionate about books.
We know that we could have bought the book cheaper on the Internet, but it is good to speak to someone who really knows their business. Remember "You've Got Mail", use the High Street as it's so much nicer to shop. A Great Experience.

Still an excellent book store only criticism service was slow one young women at the till dealing with more than simple check out while a queue formed. I like the fact that the staff are knowledgeable but if you are providing that excellent resource you need to have someone else doing the simple check out. I wasn't in a rush but working people shopping at lunch time don't need the inconvenience.
