Gerrards Cross Bookshop

Wide choice of books plus option to order anything and have it delivered quickly. Very reasonable prices and the most active bookshop I have ever been to. Organise fantastic book signings with talks from authors often famous.

This is a friendly little bookshop. I always check out the window display and pop in of I have time. We like to support it by buying presents there

Wonderful bookshop in the heart of Gerrards Cross. Before visiting, I emailed the team to find out if they had the books I was interested in, so that I could reserve them. Not only did they reserve copies of the books I was looking for, but they ordered the third book, so that it was ready for me to pick up. Had a call in the morning confirming it had arrived too.
Friendly service too when I visited the store, and a team that clearly wants to help the book lovers of Gerrards Cross. Will pop by again when I'm in the area.

Having lived in Gerrards Cross for most of my life, I visited this Bookshop for the first time only today! I took my niece in to find her a new book to read during her holidays. I was pleased to be helped by a friendly member of the team who really knew her stuff! I will definitely visit again soon!

Really lovely bookshop. The staff go out of their way to help customers. Although I have an Amazon account, I make it a point to get my books from this shop.
Their prices are competitive and often match Amazon. However, even if occasionally it’s a few pounds more ( compared to Amazon) it’s not that much more and it’s worth it for the service they provide ( along with taxes they pay and the benefit they provide to the community of having a precious book shop in the high street ).
You can ask the staff for advice on books and I have purchased some great books for my girls from their advice.
When ordering during the pandemic , I order via the phone or email the Amazon link to the book shop and Debbie and Jill order the books for me.
There have been occasions where it’s been hard for me to pick it up the book and Debbie kindly drops off the books to my door step on her way home which is another bonus !
