Displaying our art there and staff and manager are all so very helpful! Been shopping there for books for years and always had a great help from shop assistants when needed.

Waterstones is an ideal bookshop.
Located in Salisbury's High St. the shop is modern, well laid out, cool (in the current heatwave), quiet and unhurried.
The single member of staff on the check-out with helpful and friendly. I don't know what delays there might have been had I visited at a busy time, but at circa 10:30 am on a Wednesday morning all was great.
RECOMMENDED.

Waterstones Salisbury is always a pleasant experience, with a glorious building and decor to suit. The variety and accessibility of different genres is wonderful, and with the ability to order books in is always helpful. The only reason it doesn't get a fifth star review is down to their auxiliary products lacking pricing. I ended up buying a card game, however there was no price sticker or indication of cost, which in retail, isn't acceptable unless the company intend to change their pricing rapidly. Other than that, all was good retail practice.

So helpful. A young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. Recommended different mangas for me and my son. We have very different tastes and she was knowledgeable about all of them. Very happy. XXX

A big thank you to Dominique who was brilliant and very professional. Dominique took the time to show us around to help us find " The Hidden Life Of Trees" and also recommended that we come to a book signing this Friday. Chris ( store Manager ) Dominique is a good asset to your store!

Very helpful staff, they pulled out ,what we were looking for. So neat,tidy and well organised. Lovely, to be greeted with smiles. Enjoyed browsing, around the shop....

A great bookshop, they always are, I always spend too much, but 3 fave authors new books half price is a result that keeps me away from Amazon.

Friendly staff and a great selection of books. The reward scheme is well worth getting as I find it to be one of the most valuable initiatives among the big high street names. Spacious and chilled out inside.
