A smallish bookshop by Waterstone standards but it has a good stock + you can, of course, order online and collect from the shop. Where possible we need to support the highstreet shops or we will lose them.

Unfortunately they didn't have the revision book I needed for my health & safety test even though their website was saying I could "click and collect"

Always such a neat, well presented shop. First time going to the Café and it didn’t disappoint. Service was lovely and the mocha was the best I’ve tasted... consequently weeks later, I ordered a takeaway and unfortunately it wasn’t the same so I definitely recommend sitting in!

An amazing Waterstones with a great variety of books and helpful staff. Has a good YA selection, so a big hit with my daughter.

Absolutely best coffee in Welwyn Garden City. A hidden gem that not many know about. Also perfect to pick up a gift or book on the way out. What more do you need, give it a go, it won't disappoint!
