Postscript Books

Delighted to be the first to review this company.
Ordered books, took offer of having them delivered to a shop named by PSBooks. No word, no books. Courier website told me unable to deliver, books being returned. Contacted PSBooks, courier was unable to deliver to THEIR chosen address (!). Cancelled order but they delivered anyway to my home. Asked them to pick them up and refund, They agreed. Weeks later I still have the books and they still have my money. Contacted PSBooks, this time they said they'd send address label - week later.... you've probably guessed. They stlll got my cash. Next stop local trading standards. Did I mention this started in June (2018 but who know when it will end. Other booksellers are out there and seem to value their customers. Not PSBooks

Only problem I have with Postscript is that they keep sending me their catalogue which means I have to keep buying books. Really excellent choice of books each month at extremely competitive prices. Delivery as promised. I would recommend without reservation.

Postscript Books have lots of books and bundles at great value, and they provide fast dispatch and delivery. I ordered a pack of four books yesterday for only £10, they were dispatched that same day and arrived this morning. I recommend this company.

Ordered a book that was cheaper than anybody else.
Good condition.

Their service is utterly deplorable
They have cashed 3 cheques for 3 orders and still have failed to send me any books!! I am a long term customer but they dont seem to care!!!! V frustrating!!! Written 4 letters.4 emails...but have failed to address the problem.
Once i obtain my refund....i shall be going elsewhere....no way to run a business !!

I've ordered many books through postscript and they are always beautifully packaged, with free bookmarks. I only purchase books through them now at a fraction of the price!

Excellent service as ever when ordering by telephone.

I can't remember how I found Postscript Books but I'm glad I did. I buy books for my Dad ... birthday, Father's Day, Christmas ... and their range more than covers his interests. Even with delivery charges their prices are really competitive. I love receiving the magazine too - it's always something to look forward too. Just brilliant and right up my straße!
