Useless - ordered a book from them listed via Abebooks - day later comes the reply that this book was 'sold previously' and apologising for the 'inconvenience' - first time *ever* a book listed on Abebooks has not been in stock, so these people clearly have no idea. Not 'inconvenience' - slow and very VERY annoying!! AND..AND...Despite telling me it has been SOLD, it is STILL listed on Abebooks.co.uk
