Victoria Book Shop

Pleasant little bookshop. Not a huge selection but stocks classics and new releases, sometimes signed copies. Has a children's section. All in all, good for a browse. Good selection of magazines. Also stocks greetings cards, stationery and dvds.

Really good book shop have always bought my magazine and books there. The price is good. And they will order items for you if you ask. I think that the people who work there are very polite and friendly.

Brilliant bookshop always a visit to make while on our holidays. As ever lovely polite and helpful staff, hopefully see you again next year.

Wonderful shop. Staff are knowledgeable, good humoured and happy to advise which I find very helpful, especially when choosing for others.

I had messaged them a few days ago about a book signed edition, and they got back to me and said they didn't have any signed in stock. Fast forward today I had a message saying that they had managed to get Pamela Andersons signed edition book in stock which was a suprise to both of us, and that they could set it aside and I can pick it up today. So I went to pick it up, and the lady had said "as soon as I saw these come in, I thought of you" She also told me about the scheme that their doing with stamping the cards when you spend £10 each time and get a discount at the end. Such lovely staff. Truly made my day. Thankyou! 🧡🥰

My uncle owns the place and I think the staff are very nice so it’s kinda upsetting to see the bad reviews but I promise you that they will help you and if they don’t have what you want you can always ask them to order it for u hope this helped

Brilliant Bookshop. The lady was really helpful ordering in books that they didn't have for my daughter. Nice selection of popular fiction, magazines and interesting local history books.
