Alton Bookkeeping Services

We used Alton bookkeeping for many years, but we decided to change when Becky put her prices up. We had been thinking about changing due to Becky loosing recipes and paperwork. We changed from giving her the paperwork to us forwarding any documents to her, yet we found ourselves constantly resending documents to her, this was time consuming and frustrating. When we informed Becky that we had found another bookkeeper she became unprofessional and decided she would stop any work for us. This has made things difficult for us and our new bookkeeper. We are confused as to why she has done this.

I have worked with Becky for quite some time and have always found her to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and competent. She has always gone out of her way to deliver and has always been available for any queries and to assist me with any issues I have encountered. I cannot recommend her highly enough
