Used through a 3rd party management company (break the mould) to file accounts.

Had issues relating to filing and timescales, took over a year to file Accounts. Some of that in part was down to my dis-organisation, but that's why I employed the services of two experienced companies, regardless it shouldn't have taken over a year to get everything together.

I was told throughout that they would inform HMRC as to why accounts would be late, as I had received some notices, which was re-assuring, however this never happened.

Subsequently left with a large fine due to late filing and apparently no response from Pivot Accounting despite 'various' attempts by Break The Mould Management as to why HMRC wasn't advised of late filing(See attached)

I am still waiting on a response, as you can see from the messages the management company are yet to receive a response from Roger.

Paid upfront for the work.

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but when someone lacks the decency to respond to a message and fail to act upon what they said they will do I feel others should be advised.

(I would also write a similar review for the management company but they aren't on Google)
