Thank you for the Xero Health check you provided for us along with resolving all the issues discovered. After transferring to Xero from another platform there were a number of items that were not up to date or synced correctly. You helped us make the whole process quick and easy with advise along the way, as well as useful advise for the future.

I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future for anyone looking for any Xero based training or help, as your advise and serviced was clearly established with a well found knowledge and wealth of experience in Xero.

I had reason to open up some archived accounts this week and as such had to open an old Sage file from our pre Xero days.

It reminded me of the stresses and frustrations of those not so good old days.

None of the easy to read reports we have now or the user friendly integration with our CRM.

Just the same old problems of navigating around a very slow system.

I had forgotten just how easy Paul and the team had made our transition and my advice to anyone thinking of moving from Sage to Xero is JUST DO IT!

The service from CASS was amazing then and continues to be so now as their help with our bookkeeping has been invaluable.

Thank you Paul for your continued help and support, the transition continues to be worthwhile.

Paul was detailed and informative throughout, we never felt under pressure to commit and there were plenty of different payment levels/ options... The original meeting made us realise and understand that we could be proactive and not reactive as a company. The Ureka moment - knowing that we would actually be in full control of our own business which we felt we had never had before. This has really helped us to map out our business journey, short term and long term. I would say this has already saved us vast amounts of money and also made us more confident when making decisions about the business.

I started my practice in April 2020 and required a Xero expert to assist with my clients. I was introduced to Paul Barnes and immediately I realised how passionate Paul was to assist clients in moving them onto the cloud.

I have some Xero experience but “nowhere near” to the knowledge Paul and his team at Cloud Accounting Support Services Limited. My aim was that all my clients would be using cloud based software and Paul was to assist in implementing my plan. Paul has migrated the majority of my clients to Xero and this has made my life a lot easier to provide my clients with the service I wish to give and to offer other non-compliance services.

Paul and his team make the migration so much easier and my client is made aware of the process involved, the upfront cost and training requirement to use Xero, effectively. My clients have commented on how easy the process was to migrate to Xero, the way it has changed their working life, making transactions easier to post and reconcile. Some clients cannot believe the change it has made to them and their business. Now they can review the trading performance of their business in real time.

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and the team at Cloud Accounting Support Services. They do exactly what they say on the tin. I look forward to a long term continuation in working with Paul and the team at Accounting Support Services.

Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs! Using Paul as my Payroll provider has resulted in fines by the pension regulator as well as underpaid HMRC PAYE calculations. Paul will tell you he has dealt with a piece of work, only to find out months later there are lots of files missing. He will then ignore all of your emails. Due to this awful service, I have received multiple fines as Paul has not passed on the correct employee information over or uploaded files.

Paul if you are going to reply to my review at least tell the truth. Yes you did pay the fine and advised you would bring all of the files up to date before handing the payroll over. You have not brought the files up to date and I have since been fined again because of your failure to do what you agreed. You have also not provided the data that I requested after telling you the new provider could not extract the data from xero, so once again I am being penalised for a poor level of service that you have provided.
