I absolutely love The Lex approach. If you're a start-up company and feeling a bit overwhelmed and don't really know how to proceed definitely try The Lex Approach. Alexis the founder, has so much knowledge when it comes to business. She has helped me in so many ways with my business. Main thing, she has helped me understand my business more. This has helped me to stay focus on what's important to grow my business.

I've been Lex for a few months now and I can honestly say she's not only transformed by business but also my life. I started working with Lex when my business got into a bit of a mess. I was chasing new clients but not able to keep up with the work. My accounts were a mess, and my mindset was awful. I'd almost given up. After the first session with Lex, I went away feeling organised and calm which I literally hadn't felt in over a year. I had a clear plan of action and an organised diary. I had a way out of the mess.

Now a few months later I meet with Lex regularly to keep me on track and she does my bookkeeping and other consultancy tasks for me.

I cannot recommend her enough.

I am a relatively new client but in such a short space of time Alexis and her team have changed my life and free'd me up so I have a much better work/life balance already.
