I joined up just over a year ago and haven't looked back...before having kids I thought I was fit with the various forms of exercise I did, but Bootcamp has brought a new kind of fitness and strength...and a personal achievement of completing a set of monkey bars which I had never before managed.
John is a fun and encouraging instructor who ensures you have an alternative exercise available for your abilities whilst still pushing you to achieve more. No 2 classes are the same!!!
The group is friendly and supportive which makes taking part in the classes fun.
I would highly recommend trying the classes out for yourself...you won't be disappointed.

I’ve not felt as fit for about 15 years. All ages, abilities, everyone is friendly enough or you can keep to yourself and in your own zone. Socials throughout the year if you want to get involved. John’s great, encouraging.

I have completed about 10 months, been a member since February. I have really enjoyed bootcamp, the motivation of being with others, whilst keeping fit has kept me going. I joined with no specific agenda but just to be healthy and it’s been the best thing I’ve done. I have made some good friends along the way and everyone is really friendly, no one judges each other if they can’t do something either. Fully recommend 👍🏻

Started Bootcamp, and not looked back.

Every session is different, always a great atmosphere, and fantastic members, who are friendly, and supportive.

A great place to make new friends and socialise whilst working out!!

About 6 months ago I decided to do “a little bit of fitness” and joined my local Bootcamp, Bootcamp UK Sittingbourne. You can’t go wrong with the introductory offer as it gives you a great taster of what’s to come. I was definitely unfit, I needed to improve my fitness and shed some pounds. I was fortunate in the first week, to meet many likeminded individuals who each had their own goal. Gradually over the past few months, my fitness levels have increased, I even took part in the 4K Military Obstacle Course Race in Sandwich and still had the ability to walk around on a Monday morning! Along the way I have made some amazing friends and we also socialise together. Even John has stopped shouting at me every session so I must be getting better.

I have loved bootcamp, not only do you get fitter, the atmosphere and people just make is a fun place to be and just doesn’t feel like a chore! John is great, down to earth and knowledgeable.

I have been a member of BCUK Sittingbourne since lockdown, John does a fantastic job of making the workouts varied and challenging, John is always enthusiastic and encouraging. All are made to feel welcome by John and other members, it’s a community.

Signing up for boot camp is one of the best things I have ever done. The effect on my physical and mental health has been fantastic. John is nothing but hugely supportive and is always on hand if you’re not sure what you’re doing. Boot camp caters to anyone of any ability. I’m so happy I joined the boot camp family!
