I cannot recommend The Fitness Room enough. Over the past few years I have done two postnatal courses with Katie, online workouts and indoor and outdoor sessions with both Will and Katie. I've never been good at keeping going with exercise until joining here. The postnatal course is an absolute must for any new mums, Katie is amazing, so knowledgeable and really helps you achieve your goals (personally this has helped me lose weight, gain strength and just feel so much healthier) and for anyone else that is looking to develop confidence, strength, weight loss etc in a friendly, fun and individualised environment then place is perfect.

Fantastic, friendly, independent gym with indoor and outdoor spaces. The group sessions are fun and varied, suitable for people of all fitness levels and are a great way of maximizing your training time. They also offer 1:1 personal training, and specialized post-natal classes. I have been a member of several different gyms and this one is by far the best!

Enjoying my time at the fitness room and started achieving my weight loss target thanks to Will and Katie. They are always happy to offer advice to help you achieve your weight loss goals and produce a motivating atmosphere to their classes. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

This is more than a weight loss journey and The Fitness Rooms offer so much more. Excellent coaching leads to a can do attitude and much more ! Lots of respect for Will and Katie’s coaching and experience. You need to give your commitment too and realise there is no quick fix, but with consistency and encouragement you see longer term results

Great set up and instructors plus it's a great place for those who don't want the Crossfit culture. Highly recommend Will and Katie as instructors, making the session challenging yet fun at the same time. I seen a massive impact in my core strength and stamina since starting with TFR. Thanks again.

Will and Katie, have been amazing.
I started with Will and Katie early April 2022. I started with the 6 week course after I gained weight post lockdown.
Will and Katie have supported me in getting my body to a place where I have started to feel empowered and confident. They have provided meal plans as part of the 6 week plan which include lots of variations to use after the 6 week course. This has improved my relationship with food.
Since the 6 week course I have become a member!
Will and Katie support you in your outcomes, and consider your personality and needs to get you were you need to be.
100% recommend.

I highly recommend The Fitness Room. Since I started 4 months ago, I've seen improvements to my body shape and overall physical health as well as my self-confidence and motivation. I love how varied the sessions are and Katie and Will are always on hand to give advice and support. They challenge me to push myself whilst having fun. There's no showing off or egos here - everyone is so friendly. I come out of each session feeling great (and maybe aching a little!).

Friendly set-up yet a challenging workout every time, joining The Fitness Room has given me confidence in getting back to the gym. Will and Katie have been superb at working around injuries and are very helpful in terms of understanding levels of competence, aiding with correct form and most importantly, making it fun!
