nice good quality clothing.I have bought a few dresses from here,they are always perfect,quality and price.The employees are very nice, polite and helpful.
I have rated De L' amour a 2 star because I do not like the owners attitude.
she is very rude not helpful at all her attitude seems as though she does not want to be bothered with her customers.
I will be revisiting this shop again,maybe I will be able to give a better review.

Great selection of gowns and children clothing, prices are very reasonable and despite what I had read the customer service was impeccable from greeting to assisting to aftersales. Would most definitely advise a visit.

The staff were very helpful and there was a good range of bridal gowns/outfits I would highly recommend everyone to go here.. The quality and design is excellent and most importantly the customer service is 👌

Firstly our clothes didn't arrive in 3 weeks. We were promised they would 100% arrive in 3 weeks but we had to wait 4.5 weeks. The only reason we placed the order is because we were told they would 100% without doubt arrive in 3 weeks by 2 of the staff. When chasing it was so difficult to get hold of anyone, they wouldnt answer their phone/reply to text messages.

Once the clothes arrived the quality wasn't great for the price we paid. Bugs of thread all over, beadwork missing. On top of that we gave our exact measurements only to find we had 3 outfits in standard sizing and on top of that one of the sizes was wrong.

After spending 2.5 hours in the shop, with an employee who did not have a clue what she was doing and had to keep calling the owner. We were told that for the inconvenience the tailoring of our would be paid for by the store. The next day I received a phone call from the tailor saying the store have now said they'll only pay for 1 outfit to be tailored.

When I placed the order, the lady who dealt with me and my sisters said she would knock some money off when we came to collect our outfits, as I was ordering 3 outfits however when I went to collect, the owner refused to give me any discount. She said because the shop is paying for tailoring she can't give me anything extra off. I accepted that this was fair. the tailoring was being paid for.

However the shop has now gone back on their word and is only paying to have 1 outfit tailored. I'm so disappointed at the lack of trust and that soon as full payment was made they went back on the verbal agreement we had. It doesn't bode well and shows a lack of respect for their customers.

Its unfortunate as I have shopped in this store on many ocassions and had a great experience. This exeperience means, I won't be shopping there again. And I honestly advise anybody looking to place an order for outfits not to do so. Buy of the rack or go elsewhere.

Came in and purchased over 7 pieces
Was promised taylor was amazing however was very supprised when recieved dresses - instructions were not followed and nothing was really done …
This created alot of inconvenience as i do not live local….
Went back to the shop and taylor was extremely rude blaming me …. Customer service was absoltely terrible from this taylor
After a huge coversation of going backwards and forwards taylor redid the alterations and again as promised nothing was done… you can understand the frustration of paying good money and not getting whats promised.

Old fashion very rude staff and we are in 2022 and still dealing with just cash not coming back here again

Visited here through a recommendation from a very close friend and must say nice selection of dresses and very responsibly priced. They lady that was serving and running the place was very polite and helpful. Although we did not buy anything from there on the day in sure will be returning.

Cute little boutique with a unique range of formal ladies and children’s wear.

Nice staff and fair play to local business owners as always 🙌
