Honestly was a little weary after reading reviews after ordering (who reads after?!) ordered a pair of knee length wedge boots. Arrived in good time and in perfect condition. Look well made. Have yet to wear them out and about but love them from what I've seen so far.

I have ordered online a few times here and always been happy. However my latest order was a pair of black boots ordered with next day delivery, as I wanted to wear them. I received them and they were covered with scuff marks. I emailed customer services and spoke with a very unhelpful Maria. Instead of issuing me a new pair of boots without charge and with next day delivery or at least offering me a discount code to cover the cost of next day delivery to order them again. I was told to return them and then they will issue me another pair upon receipt of proof of returns. I was not able to post them back until a few days later, so this option was no good as I wanted the boots at earliest opportunity. No offer of a goodwill discount code, very unapologetic in general! To top it off when I did return my boots I asked for a refund and I received notification that another paid had been resent!! Again spoke to Maria and they would not refund my money until I had returned the boots. Very unhelpful, no compassion to the customer and generally awful customer service. Will not shop here again purely due to the service 👎

I've ordered quite a few bits online ... actually quite a lot of bits online and I've recently found out that they have a shop 😍

I decided to visit the shop today and get a few bits as part of my birthday present from family. I had screen shot many items that I was after and were able to get them in the shop in a range of colours and sizes.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made the experience even better.

I would highly recommend making the trip to visit the shop! They're honestly amazing and I will be returning xxx

I bought a coat off the bow boutique website on a 20% off offer last weekend. When it arrived it was too small. It was a present for my 13 year old daughter who loved the coat but the sizing came up small.

I messaged the company on Facebook to ask if there was a way of swapping for a size bigger but was told I can't exchange. I asked could I still get the 20% off if I sent it back an ordered another one but was told no as the offer has ended.

Now will have to pay for the coat to be sent back, so its cost me money for nothing and now I will have to look for a coat somewhere else. This was my first purchase and I have been looking at this company's stuff for a while but i feel really disappointed now and won't purchase again.

Would leave zero. Placed an order of 4 items... 2 out of the 4 are faulty literally fell to bits within days and I had not even washed them yet... emailed customer care but received zero care. I explained that I was upset at the poor quality, most companies genuinely care about quality feedback but not Bows. I'd seen people complain via the bows members exclusive Facebook page about poor quality but decided to make my own decision and order myself some nice treats, running a business myself I am aware that things don't always go to plan so wouldn't have made a judgement based on someone else's experience. Unfortunately the quality reflected some of the other ladies experiences and when I mentioned this to Bows their response was to remove me from the group rather than actually address the issues raised regarding quality 🤣
There is a skill to customer care its called empathy whether you agree with whats occurred or not no business is indispensable and quality control should be priority for any business. Also note that there is no way to review their page on Facebook and this should be a red flag for anyone looking to shop, of course things sometimes go wrong and people generally understand this but its always about showing empathy and understanding which was not the case here unfortunately. It breaks my heart to have to leave a negative review but I feel that these items are the quality you would expect from primark not a boutique like bows its important other people don't waste their money only to go through a shabby customer care experience.

Ordered now on line 3 times and brought 5 dresses, now got my sister buying from them.
Can't wait to visit store, I live in havant Hampshire but will make the journey, best take plenty of cash with me.

The coat is beautiful but as soon as I put it on the pocket button fell off, bare in mean this coat cost over £100. You pay all that money for a coat you do not expect it to fall apart within a few minutes. Like I said the coat it self is lovely but the price doesn’t match the quality and that’s the truth. And the sizing isn’t true either. It’s very tight fitting and I brought my actual size! Definitely way over priced.

Be very careful before you buy, unless the item is faulty they have no free refund policy and you have to pay to return items. I bought an item, Saturday evening realised it was the wrong item almost straight away within the hour I was on the website trying to cancel the order…but no option, so emailed customer service to cancel the item, still within the hour on Sat night, Monday morning 10 am, I get an email to say item has been dispatched 10 mins later another email from customer services to sat sorry they couldn’t cancel as item has been dispatched …..Really ??? Either very convenient of just lazy customer service, if they had bothered to check messages earlier they would have saved a waste of resource and Money and now to top it all off I have the privledge of paying to return the item, despite that I had given them 36 hours notice to cancel and now at a cost to me …….Just don’t bother!!
