To her lovely colleague who advises on accessories to go with the outfit. These ladies customer service next to none. No pressure to buy . Try on different styles , push you out of comfort zone to try something new. Needless to say I came away with an outfit I know I will feel fabulous in .❤️❤️❤️

This shop is an absolute gem. Gwen, the owner, is so lovely and really knows about style. Her advice on colours and shapes is spot on and she’s never steered me wrong on any of the many purchases I’ve made. Prepare to leave with a bag of compliment inducing goodies and a big smile on your face having made a new friend. No matter your age of size Ellie & Bea has got you covered. I am so glad I found this amazing boutique shop! I was shopping for my wife, and the help I received was amazing. Needless to say I have taken my wife back to show her the great selection of clothes and we are now loyal customers. Such a beautiful and unique shop! staff members are so friendly, welcoming and made my shopping experience such a pleasure ! They helped me pick out the most gorgeous pieces of jewellery as a present for my mother but couldn't resist buying something for myself as well! Thank goodness for St Thomas's street! Not only can I get a great coffee and sushi from Bento but right nextdoor is a really lovely independent boutique. Packed full of really different clothes and jewellery it really was just the lift I needed. After a tough week the owner, a really lovely lady , made me feel "human" again with a perfect combination of suggestions without being pushy. It made my first post COVID shopping experience a real delight and at last I'm out of my lockdown leisure wear! Thank you so much Ellie and Bea and please support these lovely local independents

Totally lost with a present for my wife. Then I meet Gwen, what a star. I haven't laughed so much buying any clothes, never mind womens clothes! Mrs loves them. Think I'm sorted for gifts as long as Gwen is in Winchester. Thank you. I'll be back.

Absolute the most utter classless person I’ve ever met harranged us on the street outside our home accusing us of leaving a dog poo while the dog had a very short wee up the road. Then went to inspect this and wouldn’t apologise for her mistake. In addition she dropped a wedge of cash of approx £160 unknowingly and my partner had the decency to pick this up and return it back to her and yet she still could not apologise for her harassment. Appalling behaviour your should know better. Do not support this woman !
