Chopard Boutique

Worst customer service ever! Long time waiting to pick up a serviced watch. They did not check the watch before I come to pick up and the order wasn’t right. I don’t understand how Chopard offer this service considering the is inside Selfridges also.

Disappointing! Staff have no idea about their own stock. I had to explain different collections to the saleswoman. Expected a lot more from Chopard.

Possibly the worst customer service and after care I’ve ever come across.
I will never be purchasing another Choppard piece.

Best customer service in both shops, the Bond Street one and then the one at Selfridges. Luven Gilll, the Boutique Supervisor, couldn't have been more helpful, offered us a drink on arrival when he didn't even know if we were going to be purchasing anything. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he really impressed us.

Luven and Yuriko are the new team in chopard Selfridges, there service is outstanding and so are their items.. impeccable!! Thank you for a beautiful experience!
