I can't thank you enough! I only wish I had come to you now for my dress. Your prices are fab all round. Keep up the good work. On my first visit, I spent over two hours at The Wedding and Bridal Boutique, trying on several different styles their beautiful of dresses. Hannah was a fantastic help, spending a long time with me until I found the PERFECT dress. When my husband and I chose to move our wedding date closer, Hannah and Jason did everything they could to ensure that my dress arrived in plenty of time for the wedding. It actually arrived early and was even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. I also bought my veil from them and some shells from their favours website, which we were also very pleased with.
On and after our wedding, the dress has been a huge talking point, impressing everyone who has seen it. At the end of the day I did not want to take it off!
I can highly recommend the Wedding and Bridal Boutique for their level of professionalism as well as their warm, friendly staff.

They went above and beyond what I would class as excellent customer service.
They made something that was to me, quite a nerve racking experience in my mind (as I had been to other bridal boutiques and found their attitudes intimidating) into a lovely experience thank you.

I bought my dress, veil, shoes and my 4 bidesmaids dresses from Wedding and Bridal Boutique and every item was perfect, couldn't fault their helpfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I didn't order on-line as I live in the area but saw the dress initially online before going in to try on it took a month to arrive after I has made several changes and fitted perfectly straight away - no changes required :)

Very happy with Wedding & Bridal Boutique! Ordered disposable cameras, got them in no time and was able to exchange them (changed my mind on the colour...) even quite a while after receving them. Customer service was brilliant and managed something no other company I have used online has managed so far: send my replacement order and my new order in the same parcel... I know, does not sound like a big thing, but it was the little extra :-o)

Very good, friendly service! Although a little hiccup with the dress size being too big even though custom measured it was resolved in a very quick and professional manner. We had to bring our ceromony forward in just 2 days and they worked very hard to get the dress ready in that time and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! The briesmaids dresses were also lovely and the best thing is a lot of the dresses can be made in the colour of your choice! Thank you soooo much! Especially Penny who worked extra hard to get my dress ready in the short space of time!! xx
