I loooove this shop, they stock the most beautiful on trend brands you can't find anywhere else in Cardiff. The customer service is second to none and I have bought some of my favourite pieces in here. A must if you love your fashion and appreciate good quality clothes

Visited last year and forgot to leave a review. Love this place. Amazing customer service. Tended to all of my needs. I had no idea of what to buy for my girlfriend as I am clueless and I left with a smile on my face as I got so many ideas from the curly blonde haired lady who helped me. Such a wonderful shopping experience with very helpful staff. Fantastic clothing brands and beautiful gifts. It’s a little hidden gem of a boutique.Nothing like it in Cardiff. Gwenno the owner and all the staff are knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and honest. They also have the best sales!!

Very disappointed. I went to this shop twice last week wanting to buy an item for a family member and was shocked at the lack of customer service. As a student, I felt it was assumed that I was not going to spend any money and I felt extremely unwelcome. The lady at the till was on her phone and made no effort to talk to me. I want to be supporting local businesses at the moment but both experiences were awful. There was no way I was supporting a shop with an attitude like this.

I found this shop last year on Instagram and I'm so impressed with the variety of brands and the speedy delivery! I've found numerous gifts for friends, family (and myself during lockdown) thank you for the fab customer service! Highly recommend

My go-to clothing store for every possible occasion. Kiti has everything you’ll ever need, from the casual comfy stay at home stuff to the most beautiful garments for those special celebrations. Another bonus is the welcome from Gwenno and her staff. I always leave with a smile...and a black bag! Profiad personol heb ei ail.

What a rude child! I was there yesterday and had no intention of visiting kiti’s shop. However, a little girl screamed at me from 15 meters away, that it’s closed! Smashing the door. The mother did not react or apologise. .... certainly will not be shopping there... good luck.

Fabulous boutique with many different brands to choose from. Girls who work there are very helpful and great with advice on ‘looks’ ........ and they are online so can still purchase gorgeous items.
