Coco Blush Boutique

Lovely shop with lots of gorgeous designs from unusual labels not usually found on the high street. I bought a colourful tunic and will return later this week for more browsing (without my husband and father in tow!).

I was thrilled to bits when Coco Blush opened a big shop in Mumbles as I often visited the Swansea branch (which is much smaller). I have a lot of their clothes and accessories, which are so different to all the high street chains and very much my style. Sometimes I visit the Neath and Llanelli branches but had no idea they were also open in Cardiff. Once lockdown has finished......I will make a trip there.

Do not shop at this shop if you don’t try the garments on. I couldn’t try the clothes on in the shop as I am disabled. The clothes i paid for did not suit when I did try them on and I took them back. They would not give me my money back even though I took them back the next day. They gave me a credit note which I unfortunately lost.
I have tried to get them on the phone to explain. We live the other side of the country and were only visiting briefly. My daughter tried to reason with the staff. She saw the transaction on the till but they still would not give me my money back. They would not give her the name of the owner or give us a telephone number so that we could carry this further.
Very bad practice. Sadly I will never go to that shop again. And I advise others to stay away.

Absolutely love coco blush I've bought lots of items there beautiful and classy. Had lots of complements when wearing . Ladies working there always friendly and helpful :-)

I’ve bought some amazing pieces from here. Staff are great and the Italian clothing is great.

There are some lovely items for sale,however after buying in the mumbles shop a top I went to the Swansea store and they had the same item at half price so I returned to Mumbles to have a refund, I was offered an exchange or credit note which I was told could only be used in the mumbles shop as "they don't stock the same as the Swansea shop". I will use my credit note within the month as I was told at mumbles but I shall not be buying there again.

Absolutely disgusted with the way management spoke to myself and my mum, leaning over the counter without a mask and with an aggressive tone.
People in the shop were looking and another customer came up to us and said she could hear the way we were being treated and would also not be returning to the shop.
All we wanted to do was exchange a top, but apparently we could only exchange in neath as it wasn't a recent purchase..... (not our fault shops had been shut)
I have never been spoken to so badly, and will definitely be spreading the word and Not returning again.

Looks like a colour explosion from the outside but go in anyway! Some really lovely items and well co-ordinated by colour with accessories. Excellent service and support from the staff. Most items are made in Europe so you can trust (as far as you can) that working conditions are good.
