Excellent boxing gym. On your first visit expect to be interigated by main trainer, consider it a vetting process. If you get past that you will discover he's actually soft teddy bear pretending to be a wolf. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and first timers shouldn't feel intimidated. From the pros to new starters everyone feels like a friend's. But that doesn't mean they will go easy on you if you decide to spar. Best fitness choice I made in my life, absolutely love this place.

Excellent coaching. Friendly and welcoming and great place to learn how to box and if you want to get fit.
No messing about, serious training and you won't beat the value for money, £5 per session for adults and £2 for the kids is probably the best in London. Great community gym.

Good space has a weights section, and 2 rings, showers also.

The coach is disrespectful unnecessarily, by anyones standards thats just his personality. So you either take it personally or you don't

If you can get past that it's simply a place to sweat if you're a recreational boxer as they don't teach any technique and if you're a competition boxers then the amateur team will possibly stand you a chance of improving your boxing ( possibly ) as didn't really see any teaching just yelling.

I've been to many boxing gyms the only advantage is the class is 5gbp that's cheap and affordable compared to what other gyms charge and the community seem to be relatively friendly.

Worth experiencing for yourself always

Very good gym and trainer. You will walk into a very cultured place that is clipped with a great deal of history and love for the sport.

If you are weak-minded & scared to push yourself beyond your own limits, find yourself another gym. If you want a trainer to coddle you, go and get a one on one trainer who you pay enough to treat you like a baby. This is a serious training centre, with a no nonsense old school approach to coaching, the requisite expectations of discipline & dedication. This place will not only test your fitness, but your character. Stick with it and you will see the results and also realise the method behind the old-school approach that is tried and tested. Cus D'amato wasn't exchanging pleasantries with his fighters when they were training. CJ, J and Claire are invaluable to their students and the sporting community at large. Few places like this around. If you have the heart, try it. If you have heart, you'll love it. If you dont, go do a hot yoga pilates class and charge your crystals. Would recommend to anyone serious about boxing, fitness and a supportive coaching team & member community. Not for softies or people with a gym bag full of excuses

A non nonsense boxing gym. Straight up hard work and commitment. The trainer takes no prisoners but has a heart of gold underneath and is a man for the community. If you’re willing to put the work in and you want to get fit and learn how to box, this is the place.
