I attended the women's boxing class and it was great! As someone who is completely new to boxing I felt so welcomed and my lack of experience wasn't a problem during the session. Matt was a great coach and took the time to offer advice and explain the techniques! Loved the energy on a Saturday morning and can't wait to go back!

Went for the first time last Saturday, it was awesome such good fun and hard work but the good kind! I recently moved to Exeter so really pleased to find a fun and friendly boxing gym. Looking forward to more classes!

Went the women’s saturday boxing class. Everyone was really welcoming and put you at ease immediately. A lot of fun and a good workout- will definitely be returning!

My son started to have one to one boxing sessions with Victor at the beginning of 2022. He absolutely loves the sessions and is developing his boxing skills really well. Victor uses a variety of different training which makes the sessions enjoyable but hard work. My son really looks forward to his boxing training. I could not recommend Victor enough, he is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are glad that we found Victor and Benchmark Gym

Coach Victor, aka the ‘Pitbull’, runs the most amazing boxing sessions. For a year now, I have attended two of his sessions each week and they are awesome! Victor’s sessions are mainly boxing focused but he also incorporates other workout ideas which use all the equipment/weights in the gym. On a Sunday, he arranges a safe but competitive sparring period for anyone who is interested. Victor’s ultimate goal is to make sure that everyone at the gym progresses, becomes one step closer to their goals, and enjoys themselves during the sessions. If you are keen on developing your boxing skills or are looking for ways to improve your fitness, I highly recommend Victor’s sessions!

Lovely gym and lovely stuff, I’m always having 1-2-1 session with Victor, he is a nice coach, he is so patient and kind! I enjoyed the boxing session and all the people there! Especially the gym is 24/7!!!

I have anxiety so going to the gym for the first time/ going to a class for the first time is nerve racking for me. I went to the gym for the first time on my own so I made sure that I knew the environment before my first class and I have never felt so welcome in a gym!
I am currently a member and I feel its so worth it. The coaches are really understanding about anxiety and if you struggle with an exercise during the class then they have an alternative for you to do! The best thing about this gym is that the coaches never give up on you - Coach Chris's Quote of a session - "You can die but you can't quit" - the encouragement never ends!
