Friendly but focused. Great sessions for everyone, the box n burn is a real lung busting workout, sparring on Friday is always fun, controlled and relaxed way to get into fighting. Coaches are always around during open sessions for some quick pad work, and the technical sessions are class . Highly recommended this gym

Great gym, very friendly atmosphere. I was new to boxing so enjoyed learning boxing combos, footwork, etc from scratch.
