Nina helped to turn me from a reluctant tomboy into a beautiful lady (just for a day!). The whole process as we gradually designed the dress together was very enjoyable and the dress received many compliments on the day. With the cost being not dissimilar to some off the shelf dresses and made to fit me perfectly, it made a lot of sense to go down this avenue. Thanks Nina!!

Sorry it's taken so long for me to review! Nina thank you so much for all your amazing work, saved my wedding day! I had a dress shipped over from the US and of course, when it arrived was not exactly what I'd expected - too big and way too many glittery/sequin bits for my taste. I nearly dropped it and started looking elsewhere for a new one, then Nina was recommended and all was sorted. I had 2 fittings and plenty of great advice, she just got what I needed and I ended up with a perfectly fitting, comfortable, beautiful dress. I stayed in it the whole day and danced the night away without any worries. Should have gone to Nina to buy a dress in the first place! Highly recommend.

I got in touch with Nina knowing that I would be getting married 5 months after having a baby, therefore I had no idea what size or shape I would be and needed a dress made specifically for me. The service I received from Nina was second to none- she has a natural design flair but will absolutely take your direction for the final product. I took some pictures of some dresses I loved, and Nina was instantly able to suggest some ideas of how to amalgamate these styles into my dream dress. She helped me choose a vintage style lace I so longed for, and suggested some subtle sparkle would be nice too, which in hindsight ended up being one of my favourite aspects of the dress! After one fitting, I came home and rechecked my photos, and with my bridesmaids decided that I wanted it be slightly lower cut- I felt completely comfortable calling Nina up and making even more amends, nothing was too much trouble. She even overheard a conversation I had with my bridesmaids about Having difficulty in knowing what to do worth my hair, and she actually made me a beautiful matching hair piece to match my dress. The whole experience was all I could have hoped for, and I ended up with a truly unique dream dress- can't recommend highly enough.

Nina altered my wedding dress purchased from wed2b. I was over the moon with the result. Nina listened to what I wanted and she came up with creative solutions and enhanced my dress to make it perfect for me. I left feeling so much more in love with my dress, and it really felt like it was mine and made exactly for me, even though it was off the rack initially! Nina was warm and friendly and I felt completely relaxed and trusted her instantly, she was great with communication and I am so glad I followed the already glowing recommendations of my friends who had been to Nina with all of their bridesmaids. You will not be disappointed if you go and see Nina!!

Nina was recommended to me by friends and family, some of which travelled very far to see her. She did not disappoint. My dress was perfectly altered within 2 weeks and at such an amazing price. She made me feel so relaxed when changing, which for someone of my size is no easy thing. Thank you 💖

If you are wondering where to get your dress altered, I really insist you look no further than Nina. I was one of the many Covid brides that had to re-schedule a few times and Nina came to the rescue when it became hopeful that we would be able to go ahead literally the day before the 2nd lockdown.

Prior to this I had been really messed around by the place I bought my dress from as they tried to keep my fitting package costs, despite the fact I had no idea when we could actually go ahead or indeed whether I felt I wanted to be fitted by them at that point. I contacted Nina and saw her within a week and she made me feel so reassured because she provided the flexibility we needed (particularly during a pandemic!) - which you'd hope everyone would but certainly with weddings it was far from the case in most instances. Nina's personality shone through as she went above and beyond to help me. it's worth mentioning too that the overall cost for her amazing work was a fraction of the price i'd been led to believe i'd need to spend and it was worth every penny.

The place I bought my dress convinced me it would be difficult to add sleeves, yet Nina reassured me it wouldn't be a problem and located the perfect complimentary material to make me some sleeves!

The thing that really stands out about Nina is that she really went above and beyond to accommodate our situation which was, to say the very least, turbulent! For example at the very last minute I'd changed my mind about my veil and in no time at all she whipped me up the perfect personalised accessory to my dress and I look back at the pictures now and wonder why we spent 2 years fretting on the details when angels like Nina exist. She really does make dreams happen and for me personally, was such a reassuring and kind soul in what was an on-going really dark time.

Long story short, Nina is incredible :) look no further.

Nina is such a lovely and kind person to have involved in your wedding. It's an intimate situation but she makes you feel completely at ease and never embarrassed. The alterations to my Justin Alexander (Saskia) dress were faultless. I loved my visits to Nina's boutique and will definitely look to find an excuse to go back! Thank you for everything, Nina xx
