I was extremely nervous attending Victoria Elaine for my bridal visit. I had all my bridal party with me. Bethany was amazing she put me right at ease and her professionalism has to be admired. The quality of the dresses are stunning. Even though they were all so beautiful you know alright away which one is the right one for you. From the moment you walk in it feels like a bespoke service the whole team made myself and my party feel welcome. When trying on dresses your not pushed to make a purchase in any way, they stand back and give guidance if asked so you can have your moment. Even though I had an second appointment at another bridal store they let me know without making me feel awkward how I need to feel continuing my search. However, my other appointment at a second store confirmed that my dream Victoria Elaine dress was for me! I went back straight away for my proseco and said YES TO THE DRESS! Super excited for my first bridal fitting. Thank you Victoria Elaine team!

What a DREAM come true. From the second of us all being welcomed into the most beautiful bridal shop, the whole experience was incredible. Every single member of the team were kind, helpful and super enthusiastic to help me find the one! Beth was a breath of fresh air, she knew exactly what i was looking for and just listened to my needs down to the pin. She made my whole experience one i will never forget, thank you to all of you. I am so excited to wear my amazing dress!!

I had a lovely experience at Victoria Elaine Bridal. I had my very first bridal appointment and I was very nervous and overwhelmed. Just want to say thank you so much for the support and welcoming hospitality at my appointment. Bethany, Vicky and Lucy were super helpful and lovely during my appointment. Unfortunately I did not find my dress here but the team helped me narrow down my vision for my wedding dress.

I had a 2 1/2h appointment with my bridesmaids one week ago in this super cute little boutique. We were looked after by Jenna and despite the really hot weather I had THE best time ever trying on all Disney dresses. Jenna was an absolute treasure and guided me on the path to my dress with the right level of experience and urgency. She was instrumental in helping me find the right fit and then ensured that I wasn't loosing my head over all the choice I had. I could have easily been in the shop for hours - I was having such a great time.
Once I found THE dress Jenna spent extra time with me, bringing me accessories to creat the vision I want to be on my big day.
A few days after I had said Yes to the dress I received a super lovely card from Jenna in the post with a little Disney pendant!
I honestly can't wait to come back for my fitting and choosing veil & other extras.

My experience with Jenna was amazing, I was made to feel so comfortable and put under no pressure. Jenna helped me choose and try on lots of different styles . The shop had some beautiful dresses , I highly recommend and like to thank Jenna for all you help

The Victoria Elaine team were extremely helpful before, during and after my bridal gown appointment. A few days before, they called to see what dresses I would be interested in which made the appointment run smoothly. They answered all our questions about the dresses and understood what I was looking for. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings collection.

I tried several other bridal shops before I ended up at Victoria Elaine Bridal, if my memory serves me correctly I don’t think I even had an appointment as I didn’t know they were there (we are talking pre-covid here). Regardless of this they were welcoming and accommodating.
I couldn’t find a dress I liked, I knew what I wanted but there wasn’t a set one like that. Amy found me a dress and came up with an ingenious way to alter it to what I wanted. It was a big risk but she say the dream dress I wanted and helped me to see it too. So I decided to go with her on this idea.
We all then had a very long wait as we went through the covid pandemic, and despite me losing the vision at one point and horribly crying during my fitting… (of which I must say the team were so good at calming me down and making me feel better… I’m still a little embarrassed!)…three years later I finally got to wear my amazing dress down the aisle. I could not have asked for a better bridal team to work with for my dress, they are all absolutely amazing! And they have an awesome seamstress too (Jane).
Thank you Victoria Elaine Bridal for seeing my dream and making it happen… I’m still smiling from ear to ear now when I think of my wonderful dress. A* 😊🥰

Had a lovely experience with Victoria Elaine Bridal, the ladies couldn't have been more helpful on my appointment, made me feel very welcome as well as relaxed through out! Offered some lovely drinks as well as a little welcome sign in the changing rooms. Unfortuantly I didn't find the dress I was looking for but all styles were stunning! Would recommend just because of all the beautiful dresses they had in store. Lucky to have tried them on🥰X
