Wedding dress shopping as it should be. Easy convenient and lovely to deal with. The ladies here were amazing and the system works so so well. We hadn't really expected to find our daughters dress here, as she'd seen one elsewhere at 3 times the price, but after choosing a number of dresses she found the dress. They couldn't have been more attentive.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Had to order my dress size from another shop. Went back another time and all ok. A little disappointed to find that I had to buy the underskirt for £99.99 and also the box, hanging bag and tissue paper for another £28.99. Would have allowed for all this in my budget should I have been advised on the day I went to find my dress, but was not advised.

Our 1st visit wasn’t the best! The lady which we believe to be a manager was very abrupt and rude but we carried in we was a party of 5, the assistants where amazing, we did purchase 4 dresses, to which my self and my mum ret turned to collect yestoday, again the rude lady which we felt with 1st visit felt with us, we was suprised by the lack of care not just with us by the lady after us the way things are delivered to you!! Your told not to keep dresses covered in the plastic they are delivered in so we ended up spending more money on the dress bags which I felt they should have come with! We definitely won’t be returning to look at wedding dresses for my mum as the manager gave us no reason to return! I never complain but yestoday was very disappointing.

Me and my family had the best experience at Wed2b Ashford! We was assisted by Jordan who I cannot thank enough for all of her help. She was patient, informative and friendly! I will never forget the day I found my dream dress. It was all the small touches that Wed2b/Jordan added that made it so special and rememberable. Thank you for all your help! ❤️

Myself and my family were at Wed2b yesterday, we arrived at 10:15 but found there were 2 other parties ahead of us so we browsed and were told it would be about and hour and a half wait which was not a problem as we went to get a coffee and chat. Once it was time we headed back into the shop and were whisked into the changing rooms to begin! Hands down i had the best first experience with my consultant, Fenella. She was so laid back, so kind, so attentive, i honestly loved her and was so pleased to have her for my experience. We felt no pressure to buy dresses but we were allowed to try and gain a starting picture of what i'd like to possibly wear! If you go, find Fenella, shes defo your girl!!

Had a wonderful experience and found “the dress” staff were very welcoming and helpful ☺️ Jasmine made a lot of effort helping me get into the dresses and matching the accessories. Highly recommend ❤️

There was a huge choice of dresses but separated into smaller groups of sizes and not many for plus size staff were amazing got my daughters dress for £799 half the price of the shop one she picked

Shocking! Waited around for hours for my wife who was there with her sister. Other customers came in and we're prioritized and skipped the queue after being there for a short period of time, just because they had 1 dress to try on. Atrocious way to treat customers who are patiently waiting! Be prepared to be treated as another number if you go here and block the entire day out for sitting around in the shop because they wouldn't allow a slot to be booked and it has meant a lot of waiting around!
