I was very nervous to go dress shopping and was scared there wouldn't be any options in my size. However, from the moment I entered the shop in Surbiton I felt welcomed and supported. The staff are lovely and helped me to choose a selection of dresses to try on.

Caitlin who served me, put me at ease straight away and was chatty and kind the whole way through. She listened to what I wanted and helped me understand what I didn't like too. In the end she helped to customise the look of a dress to fit what I had in mind and picked accessories that highlighted the dress well.

The dress is a reasonable price and comes with packing boxes making it easy to transfer home. The team also gave advice on where to go to have alterations done.

I love my dress and can't wait to put it back on for the wedding. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one!

Great choice of dresses and very good service and support in store. Got the chance to try on a range of different dresses until I found the one for me. Great service and also very helpful in sorting a couple of loose buttons for me and when our wedding got postponed for 2 years due to covid they also kindly re-packed my dress into the box to be stored safely.

I had a brilliant experience here on Friday. There were only two members of staff in the store but both were kind, patient and extremely helpful. I tried 4-5 dresses and was there for several hours but at all times I felt welcome and well looked after. The dresses were beautiful and there were lots of sizes and styles to choose from. The facilities were excellent and there was lots of space to admire the dresses from all angles! I am happy to say I found my dress and purchased it on the day, despite expecting to visit several places before being able to do so. Extremely happy and very satisfied customer. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved every minute of my 'Yes to the Dress' experience. Vicky was amazing. Helping me find exactly what I was looking for. All the ladies in the store was helpful and gave their honest opinions when trying on dresses. I would highly recommend. I felt overwhelmed and anxious when I walked in but left so happy with my experience. And I found my Yes Dress.

Great experience at Wed2B! Sam was fantastic. She explained everything in detail to me when I arrived and let us look at the dresses without feeling under pressure. We picked 4 to try on and even in the dressing room, she was so supportive and made me feel comfortable! Very knowledgable and was running back and forth getting belts, veils and underskirts. Thank you for a great experience. I found my dress and I don’t think I would have if it wasn’t for you and your supportive comments! Couldn’t recommend enough! Ask for Sam if you go in!

Fantastic experience. The lady who looked after me (I can't remember her name unfortunately) was amazing. She'd only been working there for two weeks but was so enthusiastic and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole experience. I ended up walking away with my dream dress (not pictured below) but couldn't be happier!

Trying on dresses is usually my worst nightmare, but when I visited to find my wedding dress the staff here made me feel completely at ease. They were on hand to help with everything and made it a really enjoyable experience.
I found my perfect dress in less than two hours - crazy.

I had such a lovely few hours here today for my first time looking at dresses. My bridesmaid was ill so I ended up going alone which I was incredibly nervous & anxious about. But Vicky was so lovely; she taught me so much about styles, accessories, underskirts & what I don’t like! She really made it a fantastic experience & i’m so glad I still went. For a bigger girl, I was also surprised at how many options there were for me to try on; they’re all such gorgeous gowns. Sadly I didn’t find ‘The One’ today, but I can’t wait to go back with my bridesmaid/family. Thank you Vicky! Xx
