Joyce Young Wedding Dresses

Mary and all the Staff at Joyce Young in London are fantastic they make it very easy to find an outfit from their Collections and no doubt Glasgow is the same. The designs materials and service are very good and I have two outfits made by them for an Anniversary and a Wedding and I would not hesitate to use them again. They also now have some lovely clothes for holidays and everyday wear. Give them a try you will not regret it.

I bought a long dress and coat for my upcoming step-son's wedding and found the whole team at Joyce Young really great to work with. They couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and charming to work with - nothing is too much trouble. Particular shout out to Simone who did all my fittings with great care and clear love and pride in her craft. Can't wait to wear it on the big day

As the Scottish mother of the bride, I was keen to get an outfit with a Scottish ‘signature’ as the wedding was to be in Somerset. Mary at Joyce Young London could not have been more helpful. From our first appointment, she made me feel we were working on my outfit together and she understood what I wanted. All the fittings with Simona were fantastic. She listened to my concerns and helped me with advice on length, cut and trimming. Her calm confidence was so reassuring. The final outfit was beautiful and was much admired. It was my first experience of made to measure and the care, attention to detail, warmth and help of Mary and Simona made the whole experience a joy.

Choosing and designing my dress at Joyce Young was a pleasure from start to finish. Mary and all the other staff were so helpful and friendly, and the experience was one of my favourite parts of preparing for the wedding. It was great to have the flexibility to take elements that I liked from different dresses and combine them to create one that was unique for me. Kolin had an amazing attention to detail when designing the dress, in particular when attaching the individual pieces of lace on the top. The final result was perfect and really comfortable to wear. I also loved having different items that I could add or remove, such as the separate top and overskirt, to create several different looks during the course of the day. Thank you to everyone at Joyce Young for being such an important part of my special day! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Joyce Young to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique wedding dress.

I had a wonderful experience with Joyce Young. Having scoured many stores in New York and several in London for a mother of the bride outfit, I finally crossed the threshold of Joyce Young's lovely shop and within minutes had found several outfits that I loved. As a result my problem quickly changed from having no choice at all to deciding which one I would choose. As noted in other reviews the staff in the shop are all just lovely and their low-key approach really helped make it a very relaxing experience - something it definitely had not been prior to that! I will give a particular shout-out to Mary who was my main person there and who couldn't have been nicer. As I live in the United States, I really wanted to avoid multiple fittings and so I decided to take the risk of having the outfit mailed to me after just the first fitting. I assumed that I would have to get some additional alterations done in the US after it arrived. However, thanks to the great skill of Simona, the tailor, who took such care when doing the first fitting, it arrived in perfect shape with no alterations required. I will have no hesitation in going back to Joyce Young whenever I need that special outfit.

From the moment I stepped through the doors at the Joyce Young Salon in London I could not have had a better or more enjoyable experience. Those ladies know what they are doing and they found me the perfect outfit for my son's wedding. I had some very firm ideas about what I was looking for but they selected a few other options off the rail which I would not have considered and the moment I slipped on their very first choice for me, I knew it was
" the one" ! A different colour and style to what I was thinking about but it was perfect in every way and I could not have been happier. The whole experience was new to me and I loved it all...from the selection to the fittings . They could not have been more helpful or more professional . I loved every minute of the whole process and I would do it again tomorrow ....can't wait for son #2 to pop the question and set a date so that I can do it all over again with a new outfit ! I cannot recommend Joyce Young highly enough - wonderful from start to finish. Thank you, Thank you !

This year I had the pleasure of getting married in a Joyce Young wedding dress - which I absolutely loved (even despite a 2 year Covid delay!). Joyce, Mary, Colin and the team are absolutely fantastic and it was such a pleasure to get to know them all during the shopping and fitting process.
