Coco Couture Bridal Boutique

Unfortunately quite unwelcoming :( four of us went to look for bridesmaid dresses with the bride; when we arrived we had a very small space allocated, and were given hardly any information, other than the dresses on the rack could be ordered in any colour or size. We started looking through the dresses but because we're all different shapes and sizes felt really uncomfortable deciding which dress to pick out, or if it would fit us.

There were two changing rooms available but one had dresses on so we all felt very on show when trying on a dress and in general didn't really have any information on what we could do to change or alter the dress. The dresses all had sizes on but it wasn't until the very end of the visit that we realised they were US sizes as we couldn't work out which one would suit. By then we all felt quite uncomfortable and self-conscious so were not in a position to buy anything!

We went to another shop later in the same day and felt so comfortable and looked after that we all ordered a dress there and then so they unfortunately lost out on a fair bit of business.We're all laid back people but spent quite a long time chatting afterwards about why we all felt super uncomfortable in the shop and that it was a shame as one of the dresses was really lovely.

Maybe they were having an off day but had we had some more information, reassurance on how the whole process worked, and what we could do to make the dresses work for us, we would have had a good experience.

This boutique has a great range of dresses, and the service is outstanding. This is the second time that we have bought a wedding dress from Coco (different daughters!) and both times Nikita has been extremely helpful - very knowledgeable and friendly - would strongly recommend.

I had only been to one bridal shop prior to visiting Coco Couture. The service I received from Kerri was superb from the moment I stepped in. She asked me to choose the dresses I would like try on and then got an understanding for which styles I was drawn too. After trying on various dresses, I knew I had found the one!

I had such a wonderful experience with Nikita yesterday. Found the dress of my dreams but with such a positive, fun, and welcoming atmosphere! The shop was lovely, and Nikita was so welcoming, friendly and really let me take my time without any pressure. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I walked in.

Called and left a message, Nikita called me back soon after. I am looking forward to visiting with our daughter as Nikita was so helpful, friendly, professional and lovely to speak with. Their dresses look stunning on their web site too. Thanks for your time Nikita I’ll be booking an appointment with you as soon as I can arrange a date we can visit in December.

This was the first bridal shop I went to and it was a really wonderful experience, I got to pick and try all the dresses that I liked. I forgot to ask the name of the lady who worked with me, but she was so kind and helpful and gave excellent advice :) thanks to her I found a style I really love.

Lovely wedding dress boutique! They have a great selection of dresses and the appointment itself was so nice and private. Nikita was fantastic and she helped me figure out what my favorite dress shape was and I did say yes to the dress in the end, so I'm quite pleased and I recommend it for whoever is looking for a dress and they already have some idea of what they like or look good in. (:

I have visited the boutique twice, on the first visit I had a lovely lady help me choose my dress, very helpful and kind, after choosing the dress she offered wine which was really nice of her. Also on the second visit to pick up and try the dress a different person also was very helpful. There are really lovely dresses in store. Thank you once again.
