We had Deborah helping us in store and she has been an absolute star!! She was brilliant throughout our entire experience in the shop itself and has done SO much to help out with buying the dress even when another bride was interested and I cannot begin to thank her enough!! I'm definitely going to be recommending her and this shop to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress!

Very disappointed with the service received this time round. The belt on our daughter's dress was not fitted in time for the final dressing fitting because they failed to order it in time despite having 3 months to do so! She only saw the finished product the night before her wedding and the belt was badly fitted and too tight. They failed to call us the following morning to see what we wanted to do and when finally they did make contact, 5 days later after being chased, they wanted to blame everyone but themselves. Appalling service and we won't be using them again.

Great shop, fantastic staff. Went to about 4 other bridal shops and none really put any effort into making me feel special or even like a valued customer, but Brides By Victoria did. Customer service here is paramount and it shows. It was nice that they stocked a good range of sizes as a petite bride I found other shops had only one or two dresses in the style I liked below a size 14/16. A lot of thought clearly goes in to the variety of stock they keep. Found my dream dress here and the purchase process was smooth and transparent. Throughout lock down they’ve been great too. Highly recommend.

A great selection of dresses in a range of sizes. Deborah was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Because of limited time between choosing the dress and the wedding day, she organised the dress to be fitted and altered within a week. Very appreciative, thank you!

I got my wedding dress from Brides by Victoria and had a great experience from start to finish. They have a wide range of beautiful dresses for all body shapes and sizes. I had an appointment with Deborah, who was lovely and helped me find an amazing dress and was there for all of my fittings (which she arranged so I didn't have to). Overall I had a great experience start to finish!

I can’t thank Deborah and the team enough for being so lovely and understanding when we had to move our wedding twice due to covid. My dress ended up being looked after by them for nearly 2 years! They were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more for their brides during the pandemic. Special thanks to Deborah who is so sweet and looks after her brides like they are her friends - would highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for a bridal shop who are knowledgeable on their collections and take the time to know each customer personally.
