This was honestly the most surreal and amazing experience I’ve ever had. I was made to feel so at home and even Kirsty felt like a friend I’d known for years despite just meeting her. It was lovely to feel so comfortable and excited with an absolutely no pressure environment! The interest and care taken in understanding what I wanted was so genuine and I wish for everyone to experience what I did today. I previously went to 2 dress shops before coming here and I wish I’d come here first. I can’t wait to go back to collect my dress and experience the magic all over again in the friendly and genuinely lovely hands of Kirsty again!

Beautiful multi-way bridesmaid dresses! Ordered in taupe and they looked amazing! Staff were really helpful when ordering and responded very quickly to any queries I had! Would definitely recommend!

From when I arrived to the 'Welcome Jade' light box I knew I was in safe hands for my bridesmaid dresses. This little touch made me feel really special and optimistic about the day ahead.
I traveled from Stoke to Jacqueline Louise Bridal purposely, with my two bridesmaids and niece, for the multi way dresses which did not disappoint. The range of colours was perfect and we found the one really quickly Jac was extremely patient with my two bridesmaids and altering 1099 times was not an issue. The price was really reasonable and I love that they will get delivered to my house in a reasonable timeframe.

I had my first wedding dress experience at Jacqueline Louise Bridal and it was perfect!

The experience was so enjoyable and all staff have been so friendly and helpful during the whole process. The dresses and accessories are beautiful and the prices are affordable. I am so glad that I came across the shop during my search and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress.

Jacqueline made the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding this year. They were made from a beautiful olive green material with a soft sheen, and there was lots of material in the dresses creating a soft drop. My girls absolutely loved wearing them, they were flattering and all of them looked gorgeous. I wanted a Grecian one-shouldered look for the bridesmaids and there are 4 different ways of creating a one-shouldered tie, each with slightly different details. They suit all body shapes and all of them came with a bandeau. I thought it was great that the bandeaus didn’t have to be purchased separately, as they give that extra coverage. I bought the dresses though her Etsy story and her communication was excellent from her and she was great at sending out samples initially. I highly recommend Jacqueline.

I took my bridesmaids here to try on the multi-way dresses and we all fell in love with them instantly! Jacqueline was so helpful and made sure that nothing was too much trouble. I loved the extra little touches in the shop which made it so special! I have now ordered all 5 of my bridesmaids their beautiful dresses!

We have just been to choose my daughters wedding dress at Jacqueline Louise bridal and were looked after so perfectly by Kirsty and her mum. It was our first experience of wedding dress shopping and we said “yes” to the dress!!
The boutique is very chilled and has a gorgeous selection. My daughter is beyond excited and they have made both our days. Just perfect thank you.
