Avoid! The service I received was so bad, I was told I didn’t need to book, turned up with my bride tribe and was told to come back 5 hours later! They were NOT very accommodating to my size - I’m only a 16/18 but was made to feel like a whale! If dresses are to fit me they would apparently need extra panels and extensive alterations! I was heartbroken! They didn’t offer me the “service” I was made to feel like an inconvenience! I had to beg to try veils, belts! If I hadn’t been lockdown and timing against me when I purchased last year , I would have walked out, but I persevered! They made me feel like a tight git because I couldn’t afford the extra £50 for a dress box! I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, especially any curvy ladies. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way I did that day! Don’t say you cater 6-32 and then fat shame anyone who’s a size 16!!! Nice dresses, but poor customer service! Oh and it fit without extra panels ! My friend without dress making experience, was better with the corset than the lady in the store!

Absolutely splendid! I came with my Goddaughter on Saturday and was completely impressed with the store. From the moment we walked through the door to the final purchase we were looked after so well. There was a great selection of dresses and also our stylist Lili, offered accessories and styling tips to complete the look. Nothing was too much trouble and as for being a bit self-conscious around body size and shape, well everyone there could not have been kinder or more encouraging. In the end she bought the entire look: dress, veil, tiara, underskirt, topper. Highly, highly recommended! <3

The staff in this shop are brilliant, they made our experience memorable. My friend was treated so well from the start, to the fitting rooms, to picking her dress and accessorising it.

I came in with my daughter to get an idea of wedding dress styles and what would suit her. Initially I was quite daunted by the rows and rows of beautiful dresses but Danielle looked after us! After trying a few different styles we quickly knew our favourite type. Danielle was so helpful and patient. We will certainly be back to make our final choice!

We saw Kelly just over a week ago and she was so helpful and friendly and enthusiastic about my sisters wedding. Made us all feel very comfortable. We are still dress shopping at the moment but hope to be back soon to at least order bridesmaids dresses and if not get a dress as a great selection there. We have been to a large bridal shop today well known and the assistant was not a patch on Kelly. Give her a raise 😊

Myself and my 4 bridal party turned up at 6pm last night and had a lovely time. We only waited 5 mins before I could try dresses on. Leila (our helper) was very helpful, giving advice on shapes and styles to try and how dresses could be changed to look different, with belts or embellishments etc. This was invaluable as it was the first time trying dresses on and it was a bit overwhelming. Leila also included my bridal party which enhanced their experience too. I would highly recommend going along to see Leila and her colleagues for a relaxing fun wedding dress shop.

Had a lovely experience in the Camberley store today. We were looked after by Nicola who was covering from another branch. She was absolutely amazing at helping me find the perfect dress and accessories! Brilliant experience, would highly recommend!

Unfortunately not the experience you would want when trying on wedding dresses for the first time! Arrived firstly, greeted nicely, was told that there was a wait for a consultation, absolutely fine so we went for breakfast. Came back, chose four dresses, there are some nice dresses, lovely lady who was dealing with us. Trying on the four dresses, I felt rushed and extremely uncomfortable with being rushed, as soon as I got the dress on it was all quick quick quick to get another dress on
Asked to try on a few more (by then only one other bride in the store) and was told to come back 2 and half hours later if I wanted to try on another couple of dresses. Even asked to try on one of the dresses again that I had tried on and really liked and felt like that was a chore. On the website it says allow 2 hours for your appointment and try on as many dresses as you want (that's definitely not what you can do) we were in and out within half an hour. Lady dealing with us said they are extremely short staffed and feel the need to rush though to get everyone done. Says it all really. Conveyor belt of wedding dress shopping. Disappointing experience for all of us! Also note that my sister bought her wedding dress from Wed2B 3 years ago and that was a lovely experience. Definitely gone downhill in regards to service.
