Awesome shop. Came here with my cousin Charlie to help her choose her dress and the staff were so friendly. Every time I’ve been in since with Charlie the staff have always been so friendly and knowledgable. We didn’t have a clue about dresses and accessories but the staff really knew what they were talking about. My cousin got married last week and looked beautiful. I went in to encore to try on some dresses. Very helpful and welcoming. I tried on a few and found the one. Was made to feel comfortable with honest opinion on what suited my figure. Really looking forward too going back for dress. Would recommend encore to anyone needed a wedding dress was the second shop I went to and found the one dress 😃

Amanda was very friendly and patient and had just the dress I was looking for. I needed a few alternations which were done perfectly by her seamstresses. I felt very comfortable and pretty in my dress. :)
Dry cleaning was also done via Amanda.

Amanda is absolutely amazing. I had a dress disaster when my seamstress cut my original dress to short (nothing to do with Amanda). I was utterly devastated and with only 3 weeks until my big day,! Amanda was so patient and there was zero pressure. I fell in love with a dress and despite wanting to buy it there and then, had promised myself I would show my mum before making any rash decisions. Amanda very kindly offered to hold the dress for me and get a full quote for the alterations that where needed as well as ensuring the work could be completed in time. What can I say, Amanda literally saved my day 🥰
