Wow...what can I say!! Had my first wedding dress appointment here and the experience was just incredible from start to finish. The shop itself is a vision, its so beautifully presented and having the whole shop to yourself made it feel so exclusive. We all loved the reveal screen too. Anna was amazing, she made me feel at ease and so comfortable straight away. I was so nervous to begin with, but the whole Icon Bridal team soon turned those nerves into excitement and made me feel so special. It was the most amazing experience and I couldn't of wished for a better 1st appointment. Would highly recommend to all brides to be, to go and visit Icon Bridal.

Icon Bridal was my first shop trying on wedding dresses and I had such a wonderful experience. Tracy was so helpful, friendly and made me feel at ease. The shop itself is stunning, and you get a real personalised service. The selection of dresses are gorgeous and I'd highly recommend.

I contacted Icon Bridal after having already said yes to a dress and changing my mind! There was a particular Lillian West dress that had caught my eye and I knew I needed to try her on! Only two bridal boutiques in Wales (where I am from) stock Lillian West and this particular dress and the dress actually comes in 3 colour ways! The one I had my eye on, neither of the boutiques in Wales stocked! I knew I had to try the dress on in the colour I had seen and low and behold I found that Icon Bridal stocked it! They were only 30 mins from my aunties house so found a perfect opportunity to visit! I was honest with the situation and they were still more than happy for me to pop by to try my dream dress on despite knowing I wouldn’t be purchasing from them! They were very accommodating and I hugely appreciated that! The boutique itself was GORGEOUS!! Set in a beautiful barn conversion (I believe) full of character, very rustic and perfect for a bridal boutique! They stock a range of designers and have some of the most beautiful dresses and accessories! If I lived in England then I definitely would have loved to do my whole experience with them! Thank you again for playing a crucial part in my journey to finding my dream dress! You made me one very happy girl in getting to try this dress on!

The shop is gorgeous, and there are plenty of incredible dresses to try on in all different styles. Amy put me at ease instantly and helped me pick out different dresses to try as I didn't have a particular style in mind. The dress I said yes to was actually one she picked out, so I can't thank her enough for suggesting I try what turned out to be my dream dress.

I ended up buying my veil and accessories from Icon too as they were so helpful and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend Icon to any future brides!

The most beautiful private space with lovely comfortable chairs and such a vast array of stunning dresses.
Went in thinking I wanted something and found completely opposite styles I loved more.

I’m getting married in march and have been to two other shops. However this place had my heart from the moment I walked through the door 🥰.
They had every style in mind and so many choices also sizes too. The environment is stunning & and welcoming too. Which meant a lot for a nervous bride to be 💕.
I had Amy who served me nearly 3 weeks ago. Who was so warm and friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better person to support me 🥰.

From my very first call, I knew that Icon Bridal was the Bridal Boutique for me, such a fabulous experience from start to finish.
I had an entourage of 9 people (my wonderful family and friend). Other Bridal Boutiques had flatly refused for us all to attend an appointment, but Icon Bridal were wonderfully welcoming with care and bubbles for everyone. Tracey and Katie were beyond lovely and instantly made me feel very special and totally at ease, so much so, that I completely forgot about all my little problem areas… haha!
We visited both shops on the same day, as Tracey explained there were different Bridal Designers at each, and they would gladly make me a second appointment on the same day.
The shops themselves are set in wonderful barn conversions, stocked full of beautiful gowns and accessories. The knowledge is excellent, and both appointments were completely pressure free.
I have now made a final appointment to choose between two different gowns, one from each shop, which will be available in the same shop for my appointment. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble, it was a dream experience, simply prefect in every way.
There are no words adequate enough to recommend Icon Bridal, it was my little bit of heaven, thank you so much to a wonderful team of lovely ladies xxx

I had my first and only bridal appointment at Icon Bridal because I found my dress almost immediately, there was no doubt that I wouldn't need to look anywhere else. Tracey had some great advice and even chose out an amazing curve ball of a dress for me.
The selection of dresses is fantastic, a real variety and you can tell they are selected for the store with a lot of love.
Tracey made me feel so at ease and the whole experience was a real luxury. It was truly special and I would recommend Icon Bridal, without a doubt, to any bride to be.
