This is amazing! The boba is very high quality there is a variety of flavors to choose from and the boba is on point! It is chewy but not too chewy if that makes sense! Definitely recommend it <3

Cannot speak to the quality of goods if I am honest but went today at about 5 past 5 to treat my daughter. There was no indication of closing early or change in times but we were informed they had closed early at 5 as during the holiday it had been busy that day.

Thank you to the team member in redditch on Saturday 25th June who made a very upset 12 year old better again! First time my daughter has been into town with her friends on her own. She’d paid £10 for some bubble tea but got her timings all wrong and had to leave without the drinks as she was going to miss her bus (there was also problems with their machine which added to the delay). She was so upset when she got home but we went back into the store later and the assistant remembered that the drinks (they had to be binned) and was able to look up the order on the system and remade them for her. A lot learned about money and judging timings for next time!

Ordered for Mango Tea with Passion fruit bubbles (Large with 2 scoops bubbles/boba - 5.30£), since I found this flavour as a recommended one in one of the reviews. It was yummy in taste (though price was a bit on the higher side). The lady was also very friendly and hospitable. It was my first time having bubble tea and I loved it. Thank you. ❤️

Dear possible customers, please do ur self a favour and NOT GO TO THIS VILE, HORRENDOUS, TRAUMATISING BOBA TEA STAND. i had a better experience at pound land. When we first were ordering, the male employee was extremely rude and obviously had no experience in customer service, clearly unable to do his job correctly. Due to the stressful situation me and my mate were unable to take note of said employees name. When my mate said her order he sarcastically said ‘what?!’ which suggests he does not take his job seriously. He took a ridiculously long time to make our drinks. Smirking as he did so with the intention to make us uncomfortable. In addition to this whole situation he also got my boba order completely wrong, not adding the tapioca pearls even though I ordered them. To my disgust as we were putting straws into our drinks he said ‘go away girls’ which made us feel unwanted and affected the rest of our stay at king fisher shopping centre. We decided on leaving 30 minutes earlier than intended as we were so unhappy after the earlier events of our traumatic boba tea service. If you want boba tea please visit somewhere else. I am sure the company is amazing however this member of staff needs to have a talking to or potentially struck off due to poor customer service abilities. Clearly his anger needs to be investigated. Not by the authorities but perhaps a senior member of staff. Sincerely, 2 customers very disappointed.

The barista who served me and my friend was so sweet and the drinks were so well made 10/10 would recommend.

Came here today, and the service was amazing!! Got the new seasonal special called the fire dragon. And the woman who served me was so friendly and bubbly!
She said she was the manager, and I can see why. The drink looked amazing. And it tasted super good also. Definitely coming back again! Would really recommend A+++++

Lewis is very friendly and is very good at his job. He makes you feel welcome and his customer service is 110 percent. The drinks he makes are amazing too! Thanks Lewis for the nice drinks. Keep up the good work. 😄
